Description
Wilson Legal Group P.C. (Wilson Whitaker Rynell) is a multidisciplinary litigation and business law firm in Dallas. We represent entrepreneurs, middle-market companies, and families across commercial litigation, intellectual property, family law, probate/estate matters, and alcoholic-beverage regulatory work (TABC/TTB). We’re seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of civil litigation experience to join our team. Wilson Legal Group PC
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; prepare proposed orders and findings.
- Report to clients clearly, promptly, and professionally.
- Manage written discovery and depositions; coordinate with clients to gather responsive documents and information.
- Conduct legal research across our practice areas (commercial disputes, IP/trademark, family law, probate, and regulatory as needed).
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, site inspections, and, when applicable, trials.
- Actively manage cases from investigation through resolution, including strategy, calendars, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with partners and team members while handling appropriate matters independently.
Compensation & Benefits

- Job Type: Full-time, in-office in Dallas.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of civil litigation experience (commercial, IP, family, or probate preferred).
- Admitted and in good standing with the Texas Bar (federal court admission a plus).
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills; strong oral advocacy.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Professionalism with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Experience: Civil litigation: 2 years (Required)
- License/Certification: Texas Bar license (Required)
