Evoke Behavioral Health provides specialized educational and therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025, we opened the doors to our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Arvada, CO, complete with two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room—all designed to enhance client care and staff experience. Evoke Behavioral Health is a locally owned organization.
We have expanded our services to include children from Pre-K through 12th grade and are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Secondary Program, serving students ages 12 to 21. This is a center-based position and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, Special Education Teachers, RBTs, Educational Assistants, Mental Health Assistants, and a large number of graduate students working across our departments. In addition to our comprehensive clinical team, we have on-site administrative, nurse, human resources, and maintenance support to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
Position Overview
The BCBA – Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical case management of students in the Secondary Program: Ages 12 - 21. This includes assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, family collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 8 students
Supervise and train RBTs, Behavior Specialists, and BCBA trainees
Provide parent/caregiver training and support
Participate in and occasionally lead team and clinical meetings
Ensure documentation is timely and accurate (e.g., session notes, progress reports, incident documentation)
Implement and support Safety Care protocols as needed
Provide in-the-moment clinical support and crisis management

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience training and supervising behavior technicians
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities
Strong skills in behavior plan development, assessment, and data analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Current TB test and occupational physical (provided by the company)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Physically able to implement Safety Care protocols, including running, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs, pivoting, and transitioning from kneeling/seated to standing repeatedly
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a BCBA
Experience with children ages 12-21
Experience treating high-intensity behaviors
Experience with co-occurring diagnoses
Experience working on an interdisciplinary team
Familiarity with CentralReach
