Cardiology – Advanced Heart Failure
Physician-Led Medicine in the Rocky Mountain West
Billings Clinic, Montana’s largest independent health system, is seeking a BE/BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our well-established Advanced Heart Failure Program in Billings, Montana. This is a unique opportunity to practice at the region’s leading tertiary referral center, serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.

- Join a multidisciplinary Cardiogenic Shock Team—must be proficient in transplants, LVADs, and temporary mechanical circulatory support, including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo, and ECMO
- Contribute to a robust CardioMEMS implantation and monitoring program
- Perform right heart catheterizations, RV biopsies, Pulmonary Hypertension and Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) a plus
- Lead outpatient specialty clinics, including:
- LVADs and Transplants
- Cardiomyopathies (HOCM, Amyloidosis, Rare Cardiac Diseases)
- Pulmonary Hypertension

- ACC Heart Failure Accredited with outpatient designation
- Caring for a full spectrum of HF patients through high-volume inpatient and outpatient services
- Work alongside experienced APPs specialized in Cardiology & Heart Failure
