Description

Commercial Staff Appraiser responsibilities include appraising complex properties such as office buildings, apartments, retail developments, etc. and all associated field work, office work and ARB presentations. This is an exempt position with some evening and weekend work required to meet deadlines. 
CCAD does not hire individuals that use or test positive for using tobacco/nicotine products. Applicants must pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug and nicotine testing. 
Salary is contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and proof of auto liability insurance. CCAD drivers are required to maintain minimum liability coverage of $250,000 bodily injury, $500,000 per occurrence and $100,000 property damage.

Prior appraisal district experience, related real estate experience or ad valorem tax appraisal
experience.

RPA designation or nationally recognized tax appraisal designation is preferred.
