Description
ABOUT NAZARETH HOME
Founded by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, Nazareth Home is an award-winning, nonprofit long-term care and recovery community. Nazareth Home is a compassionate and welcoming community providing health and wellness services for adults and families with an intentional focus on hospitality and excellence. We value spirituality, excellence, respect, compassion, and cooperation. We provide services to assist our senior community through every stage including personal care, memory care, long-term care, recovery to home, spiritual care, and independent living. At Nazareth Home, we are committed to providing the highest standards of care and creating a nurturing environment where our residents feel valued, respected, and most importantly, at home.
Nazareth Home is innovative. This year, we responded to our stakeholder families and introduced our Nazareth at Home providing seniors with the care and respect they deserve right where they want to be - at home. We also responded to the need for simple independent living apartments and opened 12 new apartments on our Clifton campus.
We continue to receive local, regional and national recognition for our compassionate service. Awarded in September 2024, Nazareth Home was voted one of America's Best Nursing Homes in the United States by Newsweek magazine. We also received the 2024 Best of Kentucky in Nursing and Rehabilitation Award from the Kentucky Association of Healthcare Families.
