We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing looking to make a meaningful impact in long-term care.
The purpose of your position of your job is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our nursing service department in accordance with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.

What are we looking for:
Required skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a registered Nurse in Minnesota.
Education: Nursing bachelor's degree.
