We’re recruiting part-time Enrollment Specialists to support members living with chronic conditions.

Overview:

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to enroll potential members into care programs.
• Actively listen to member needs and educate them on how the programs can help.
• Track all interactions with detailed documentation.

Details:

• Availability: Flexible schedules, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm, 15–29 hours/week
• Start Date: September 2025

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience making high-volume outbound and inbound calls, with a track record of engaging people to take action.
