We're seeking a full-time LVT to join our team—someone with a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient advocacy and team collaboration.

This role is ideal for an experienced, fully licensed technician (3-5+ years preferred) who is confident in their technical abilities and ready to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing general practice. What You'll Do as an LVT:

• Lead or assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia induction, monitoring, recovery, and pain management
• Perform in-house diagnostics: blood draws, urinalysis, fecal testing, cytology, and radiographs
• Administer IV/SQ/IM/oral medications, manage fluid therapy, and provide advanced nursing care
• Triage, assess, and monitor patients in both routine and urgent care settings
• Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant medical records
• Support the implementation of fear-free handling techniques
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members and assistant staff

✅ What You'll Need:

• Active LVT license (Tennessee) or ability to obtain prior to start
• 3-5+ years of experience as a credentialed technician in a clinical setting
• Confidence in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced practice
• Strong communication skills with both clients and clinical team members
• Passion for veterinary medicine, learning, and advocating for best patient outcomes
