We are seeking a highly qualified physician to join our team full time as a Medical Director, playing a key role in advancing our vision and supporting the diverse needs of our partner organizations and their patient populations. In this position, you will provide physician leadership for skilled nursing facilities to improve outcomes, quality care, and life longevity. This position has a flexible work schedule with opportunities to grow.

This position supports facilities throughout Ellis County. Ideal candidates live near Waxahachie, Midlothian, or Ennis, or be able to commute reliably to those areas.

Candidate Qualifications:

      Licensed physician in the state in good standing or ability to attain unrestricted state license

      American Board of Medical Physics Certification (Required)

      M.D or D.O degree

      Fluency in Spanish a plus

Candidate Responsibilities:

      Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patients

      Act as Medical Director over multiple skilled nursing facilities

      Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

      Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate

      Performs procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed

      Complete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer orders

      Educates patient on disease and treatment plans
