*Job Summary - Nursing Manager* *140 Hillcrest Medical Blvd - Ambulatory* *Schedule is: Full time, Weekdays. M-F, 8a-5p* As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals. This will be the nursing leader of a Pediatric department *Essential Functions of the Role* * You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff. * You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing.
