Midlevel Business & Corporate Associate—Portland, Oregon (Hybrid Position)

Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel business associate with three to five years of experience to join our business department in our Portland office.

Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region. We use a team approach to meet our clients’ needs and our attorney teams bring deep legal knowledge, practical and innovative problem-solving, and a profound understanding of our clients’ industries to each project we take on.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. A plus for candidates with experience assisting regulated industries.

Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar or eligible for reciprocity. California or Washington State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.

Compensation:

• Annual Compensation Range:
• Associate level based on years of experience and location: Compensation range from $164,250–$212,500 (before potential discretionary bonus)
