Description
Must be a current resident of New Jersey and have a network of personal and professional contacts who also reside in New Jersey.*
About Full Employment Now-Political Action Committee (FEN-PAC):
FEN-PAC is a grassroots super PAC that advocates for a Job Guarantee to ensure living-wage jobs for everyone.
A Job Guarantee is a government policy designed to provide employment opportunities for individuals unable to secure full-time work. This program would create living-wage jobs through public investments in sectors such as healthcare, education, community revitalization, climate change solutions, and other socially beneficial goods and services.
FEN-PAC's mission is to educate and mobilize voters around Job Guarantee policies, elect political candidates who support this policy, and hold them accountable after they are elected.
Job Description:
FEN-PAC is hiring a New Jersey-based Relational Organizer to mobilize New Jersey voters around a state-level Job Guarantee and urge candidates running in the 2025 New Jersey elections to publicly support this policy. People are much more likely to take action on an issue when the information comes from someone they know and trust—this approach is known as 'relational organizing.'
As a Relational Organizer, you will be working through your personal and professional contacts to build out a widespread peer-to-peer network of voters to participate in calls-to-action in support of a State Job Guarantee in New Jersey.
