Baylor Scott & White Health inAustin, TXis seeking a BE/BCabdominal or cardiothoracic imager to join a well-established team to provide further expansion and depth in imaging services. Candidates with a fellowship in abdominal or cardiothoracic imaging will be preferred. Job responsibilities would involve all modalities and access to multiple 1.5T and 3T magnets, as well as dual source CT. The position requires a comfort level in general diagnostic radiology, but interventional, breast and neuro expertise are not required. Cardiac imaging expertise is also not required of abdominal imaging applicants. PET/CT expertise is optional but would be beneficial. Normal daily workflow is a mix of outpatient and inpatient volume, as well as a hybrid mix of onsite (hospital and outpatient imaging center) and remote coverage.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine

• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

• Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
