Job Description: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Dallas- Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full time & Part time
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The NP will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse populations, working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other providers. We are searching for multiple Nurse Practitioners that come from various specialty backgrounds such as Allergy, Wound Care, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice
Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards
Qualifications
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) with Nurse Practitioner certification
Licensure: Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice; DEA registration if applicable
Experience: 3+ of experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty practice preferred
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
