Open Opportunities – Employed or Partner-Track Options Available
Every position offers flexible scheduling, with room to grow your earnings:

General: Flexible 4x10s or rotating schedules, only 2 weekend day shifts/month (Sat/Sun), and 3 calls with a post-call day off.
OB (Children’s Hospital of San Antonio): 7 shifts/month, including 2 weekends and only 2 holidays/year
Pediatric: 100% Peds or Hybrid options
Evenings Only and Weekends Only available
 

Compensation & Benefits Highlights

Market-Leading Base + Call Pay + Premium Pay
Up to $75,000 Sign-On Bonus or $112,500 in Student Loan Repayment
6–8 Weeks of PTO depending on role
