Practice Setting

• Work within a well-established practice affiliated with a large health system
• Join a team of 5 skilled OBGYNs, with opportunities for leadership
• Share on-call responsibilities with mentors; no in-house call required
• Robotic surgery available at all facilities

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with the option for full OB practice or a 50/50 mix of OB and GYN
  • Call schedule is 24-hour call 2-3 times per month, with access to a sleep room
  • RN triage available for after-hours and weekend coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary with additional production model making over MGMA 75th percentile
• $40,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
