CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid PA Special Education Certification (required).
* Experience with IEP writing and case management.
* Strong understanding of special education law and compliance.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Write and maintain compliant, individualized IEPs.
* Monitor and assess student progress to adjust instructional strategies.
* Facilitate IEP meetings and collaborate with families and staff.
* Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations for special education.
