- Porsche Service Director

The Porsche Service Director is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience, fostering client loyalty, and leading a high-performing service team. This position oversees all aspects of the Service Department to:
Drive client satisfaction
Maximize profitability
Maintain a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Requirements
Lead, manage, and support the Service Department team
Drive and operate vehicles as needed
Set and achieve monthly and annual service goals for sales and profit
Track and report on daily production and sales performance
Forecast short- and long-term staffing needs
Develop and monitor goals for team member growth and development
Set and manage Client Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets
Partner with the Parts Manager to maintain appropriate inventory levels
Contribute to dealership-wide operational planning
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, including:
Hiring standards
Member training programs
Facility and equipment maintenance
Benefits, discipline policies, and security measures
Conduct regular performance reviews of departmental managers
Manage and resolve client concerns using the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process
Attend weekly department and manager meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred
2 years of related Porsche management experience and/or training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
