What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys.
Prepare plats, base drawings, and reports using tools like MicroStation, Civil 3D, and OpenRoads.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and government agencies.
Mentor field surveyors and technicians while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
What We’re Looking For
PLS certification in Wisconsin or Illinois (required).
7+ years of surveying experience, with proven supervisory skills.
Strong knowledge of CAD standards and agency deliverables (IDOT, Illinois Tollway, CCDOTH, etc.).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
