Description
The Recruiter is a critical role responsible for providing the organization with key talent to support business needs. This position involves both hands-on recruiting and strategic initiatives that drive functional excellence, process improvement, and effective coordination to attract and hire best-in-class talent.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Actively identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networking sites, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screening Candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and application materials to assess qualifications and suitability. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Managing Recruitment Process: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely updates to candidates.
Building Talent Pools: Proactively develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged.
Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand and support reputation-building efforts as an employer of choice. Participate in career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies and processes using recruitment metrics and feedback.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates with timely communication and support throughout the recruitment journey.
Technology Utilization: Use recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms to streamline recruitment and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish proficiency required.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment processes.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Adaptability: Flexible to adjust to changing recruitment priorities and strategies.
Ethics and Integrity: Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
