Regional Sales Manager – Professional Wireless & Intercom Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in professional wireless and intercom communications and the professional Audio/Video production markets to manage and expand our dealer and manufacturer representative network. This field-based role requires a proactive, technically proficient sales professional to drive revenue growth through product demonstrations, training, and strategic channel development. National travel is required, with some potential international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support sales efforts through a network of authorized dealers and manufacturer representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to grow our footprint in the U.S. market.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and deliver technical training on wireless and intercom communication systems, both onsite and via virtual platforms.
Provide expert-level support for partner and end-user inquiries, including product capabilities and operational use.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction and market responsiveness.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales or channel management within professional wireless communications, intercom systems, or related production audio and or video technology sectors.
Strong understanding of networking/IP systems, digital Audio/Dante connectivity
Strong technical understanding of RF and wireless communication systems; hands-on experience is a plus.
Proven success managing dealer and rep networks, with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the U.S., with occasional international assignments.
