Cath Lab/IR RN Opportunity - IU Health Saxony Hospital

Join a dynamic team in the only 24/7 STEMI care program in Fishers, providing patients with lifesaving treatments, advanced technology, and research-driven care. Our cardiac cath lab team delivers exceptional care to adult cardiac patients through teamwork, critical thinking, and rapid interventions.

As a Cath Lab/IR RN, you will:

• Provide direct care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, peripheral interventions, and all interventional radiology procedures .
• Make an immediate impact using your clinical expertise and compassionate care.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-Time, Day Shift
• Hours: 0700-1730, four 10-hour shifts per week
• Call Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Relocation Incentive: Available for eligible candidates

RN Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse at IU Health reflects our mission, vision, and values, and adheres to our Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance. The RN is accountable for delivering competent, evidence-based care across the continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Nurses collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor peers, and contribute to decision-making to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must have one 1-year RN experience of PCU, ED, or ICU. Cardiac experience highly encouraged
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
• Additional life support certifications may be required based on unit specialty
