Description
Under the directive of Physician orders and Department Management, delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to GGC policies and procedures.
Effectively interacts with patients, patient's family member/s, Physicians, ancillaries, and clinic-wide staff while maintaining standards of professional nursing within the Walk-In Clinic setting.
EMR Documentation.
Assists with patient/family teaching and planning.
Prepare and clean equipment for medical treatments.
Clerical roles included
Monitoring, cleaning, stocking exam rooms
Maintain safe and therapeutic patient care environment.
Other duties as necessary/assigned within scope of practice.
