The Department of Radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian invites applications for a remote clinical faculty position(s) as a multimodality radiologist to join a busy multi-specialty practice group in the Division of Emergency Radiology.
Compensation and academic rank will vary based on credentials, expertise, and experience. Salary range starts at $455,000 (for a faculty member in the first year out of fellowship). Columbia offers a generous benefits package.

The clinical schedule includes late afternoon, evening, weekend and overnight shifts, usually on a 7 day-on/14 day-off schedule with a total of 17 weeks of coverage per academic year.. The Division of Emergency Radiology oversees all aspects of diagnostic imaging for emergency department patients. We value our excellent collaborations with Emergency Medicine, Surgery, the Trauma Service, and our other radiology department specialty sections. We also participate in daily didactic and hands-on training of a group of 32 excellent radiology residents who rotate through the division.
The Department of Radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center has more than 100 full time faculty and performs over 800,000 imaging exams each year in state-of-the-art facilities, including an ED-based GE Veo CT, ultrasound, DR units, and 1.5 and 3T MRI.Our hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian, is a tertiary and quaternary care center ranked as one of the best in the country and New York City, treating a wide range of patients from the NYC tristate area and across the world.

Qualifications
Position requires M.D. or D.O. Candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology. Current New York license is preferred, ultimately required for the position. Fellowship training in Neuroradiology, Emergency Radiology, Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, or Pediatric Radiology is preferred.
