Now Hiring RN Case Managers for Home Health Care AgencyABC Home Health Care & Personal Services, a respected local Home Health Care Agency, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers to care and assist patients in their homes. This position is full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care.
Requirements include a degree in nursing, a current Colorado RN license, and up-to-date CPR certification. Applicants must be able to work independently, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and show a commitment to patient-centered care.
