Description
Description: This is a 12-hour shift 3 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 07:00- 19:30 total of 36 hours per week RN CVICU with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. **Work Location: 2755 Herndon Ave, Clovis, CA, 93611. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $75.34/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $57.43/hr, along with a per diem of $17.92/hr,Rate: $75.34 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment
