Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists Medical Management leadership and works together to support Medical Management teams
- Works together with leadership to implement processes that ensure staff are participating and adhering to procedures designed to avoid acute readmissions, divert ED visits and provide the highest quality of service for our patients
- Directly Supervises as well as assists with the daily activities of multiple Medical Management Teams
- Collaborates with Manager to perform RN Quarterly Curo Audits
- Identify areas within the department's daily operations that require additional organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement processes. Create metrics to measure outcomes
- Acts as a project coordinator for new medical management processes
- Maintain solid knowledge of Case management, and plan benefits to ensure optimal experience for the patient and best practice outcomes
- Works collaboratively with ancillary staff, within the department as well as other departments for coordination of care for patients resulting in achievement of optimal outcome for member as well as achieving department financial goals
- Supervise & assist with MM Team Huddles
- Serve as a Resource for Policies and Procedures. Disseminate pertinent changes to required stakeholders as needed.
- Keep the Department Resource file up to date
- Assists with Plan Annual Surveys

Required Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma
- Unrestricted and unencumbered RN license in the state of Nevada
- 3+ years of experience in a Hospital or Managed Care setting
- 2+ years of Case Management experience
- Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare or other related field
- CCM
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
