They observe and evaluate patient responses.This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters. *What You'll Do* * Conduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice. * Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. * Take part in initiatives to improve quality and performance. * Build therapeutic relationships with both patient and family. * Engage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community. *What Will Make You Successful In The Role* * You need a good understanding of nursing standards and patient care. * Understanding legal and ethical considerations is important for success. * Good communication skills are essential. * You must be a problem solver who can quickly detect and react to changes in patients. * You will also need to know how to use computers and medical software. *Belonging Statement* We think everyone should feel welcome, valued, and supported. Our workforce should reflect our communities. *Qualifications* * Accredited program or (2) two years minimum, required for this position. * A major focus or specialization in Nursing. * Ideally, some relevant professional experience, though less than a (1) one year would suffice. * Registered Nurse (RN) * Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
