The East Central Planning and Development District (ECPDD) is actively searching for a licensed social worker to join our dynamic team in Mississippi. This role is specifically tailored for candidates with extensive experience providing indirect services to our elderly and disabled populations, and we are eager to find individuals with a passion for enhancing lives.

In your role within our Medicaid Waiver program, you will take on a crucial position as part of a dedicated team that focuses on case management services for eligible clients. The job entails conducting monthly visits in collaboration with a Registered Nurse to ensure that our clients receive the highest standards of care and support while they continue to live independently in their own homes.

While the ECPDD provides a vehicle for client visits, candidates must also have a personal vehicle and be able to show proof of liability insurance. This job entails substantial travel within a nine-county area, so a willingness to travel is essential to ensure we reach all clients effectively.

Your weekly work hours will be structured from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
