We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated nurses to join our team for an engaging and rewarding summer experience. As a Camp Nurse, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for campers. You will be responsible for being campers' primary source of healthcare during the summer.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are looking for a short-term summer job. At this time, we are seeking candidates who are available from 8/3/25-8/12/25.

Camp Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement if they wish to enroll their children as campers. 

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the camp season.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a valid Maine Registered Nursing license for the period of employment.
• Administer medications to campers throughout the day as necessary.
• Respond to and triage camper and staff first aid needs.
• Coordinating offsite healthcare if necessary.
• Maintain records of healthcare provided to members of the camp community.
• Communicate effectively with parents, the leadership team, and fellow staff members regarding camper healthcare needs.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures as needed.
