Description
Join the Team Redefining Pediatric Therapy!
Our team is growing rapidly, with a bold vision to open 500+ clinics and serve millions of kids across the country. But we’re not just growing to be big — we’re growing to be great! If you're looking to do your best work alongside passionate teammates, supported by strong systems, a thriving culture, and a shared purpose — we’d absolutely love to meet you!
As we grow, we’re building a national team of Therapy Leads who will set the standard for clinical excellence across all our clinics. These won’t be typical supervisor roles — they’re designed for therapists who want to lead, innovate, and elevate care across the entire field. Imagine being able to step away from your daily caseload for a period of time to dive deep into studying new treatment methods. Imagine traveling across the U.S. — or even internationally — to learn directly from the top experts in your discipline. At Excel, opportunities like these won’t be a bonus — they’ll be part of the job. These regional and national leadership roles come with real growth and promotion opportunities you won’t find anywhere else in pediatric therapy. If you're ready to grow, lead, and raise the standard of care for kids everywhere, this is your moment.
