Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $50.50 - $68.19 / hour
Summary:
Senior level position encompassing responsibility for ongoing fund raising and stewardship for Lee Health Foundation. Reporting to the Chief Development, Marketing, and Communications Officer, the incumbent is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of planned giving, annual giving, grant and event-based fund raising as well as grateful patient and donor stewardship activities. Coordinates fundraising activities with the System Director of Development managing major and leadership giving. Provides leadership and supervision to all related team members. Position will also include strategic planning for campaigns supporting Lee Health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
- 10 + years’ fundraising experience with a large not-for-profit organization including leadership/administrative responsibilities.
- CFRE accreditation preferred.
- Highly refined computer skills. Advanced Raisers Edge knowledge required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Proven track record in soliciting annual, major, campaign, and planned gifts. Has demonstrated success in closing six and seven figure gifts from sophisticated donors who have high expectations.
