Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support our Vital Rads Team within TeleRadiology!About Us:
VitalRads is rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a TeleRadiology Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, you’ll have the chance to build meaningful relationships, help clients understand the value of our cutting-edge services, and play a key role in our expansion.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the Client’s First Point of Contact: Respond to client inquiries, answer questions, and provide helpful information about our teleradiology services and platform solutions.
- Generate New Business: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce them to VitalRads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop trust-based connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay Product Savvy: Become an expert on our platforms, understanding how they can best serve our clients’ needs. Share this knowledge to attract new clients.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be proactive in addressing client questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay Organized: Manage multiple accounts, keep track of your progress in our CRM tools, and stay on top of deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate Across Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our services meet clients’ needs and keep everyone updated on account progress.
- Track Your Success: Monitor your sales progress and forecast future needs, helping us improve our processes.
- Problem-Solve Creatively: Handle any challenging situations with patience and professionalism, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
- Travel (Occasionally): Some travel (5-7 trips per year) to client meetings or team events may be required.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience & Education: You should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in inside sales, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus (especially in the healthcare, veterinary, or technology sectors).
- Communication Skills: You’re a great listener and communicator, both on the phone and in writing. Your ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms will help you build rapport with clients.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re a creative thinker and can tackle challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Emotional Intelligence: You have a high level of empathy and can handle sensitive client situations calmly and effectively.
- Organization & Time Management: You’re good at juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing what matters most to keep things moving smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is ideal, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide the tools and training.
