Why we need you:
We are looking for someone who’s creative, self-motivated, and passionate about web design to help us maintain and grow our website. Was there anything on our webpage that you thought needed improvement? Come make your changes a reality by joining the ASA team!

Responsibilities:
Website Management
- Manage website strategy and updates via WordPress.
- Format, upload, and update website content (photos, videos, promotions) to increase website traffic.
- Update the website with blog posts, newsletters, and written content.
- Oversee the 1:1 coaching platform, making updates and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly with clear, functional navigation.
- Manage third-party assets (e.g., fonts, themes, photos, plug-ins), and additional costs if applicable.
Audience Engagement
- Propose strategies to boost website traffic and social media visibility.
- Recommend ways to increase audience engagement and customer conversion.
Miscellaneous
- Respond to emails, Slack, and other communication within 24 hours of receiving the information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have valid work status (U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents can disregard this). We will not be able to sponsor you for any other type of visa, e.g. H-1B.
- You may use your OPT (optional practical training) hours with us.
- We will not be able to pay for any costs associated with work status and eligibility.
- You may first need approval from your school and/or the U.S. Government before interning with us. Please take care of this before interviewing with us.
- Commit to a minimum of 8 months for the internship with the possibility of extension or promotion
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week to assigned tasks, meetings, and ASA events (we will reimburse you for any required travel).
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Basic networking skills and command of conversational skills for interaction with clients and teammates in remote settings.
Non-compete clause: While working for ASA, you are not allowed to work as a volunteer, part-time, or full-time employee with any competing organization or company that offers our business plan.
Preferred:
- Any prior internship experience(s) or similar part-time job(s).
