The Analyst, Account Services is responsible for executing key account management functions across multiple lines of business. This role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of client requests while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned account activities, ensuring efficient execution of client deliverables and service expectations.
- Analyze reporting data to validate alignment with client intent and plan setup, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Resolve client and member-level issues by coordinating with internal teams and applying strategic problem-solving.
- Consult with internal partners to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and maintain CMS compliance for Medicare accounts.
- Monitor account performance and contribute to centralized support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal departments to ensure transparency and alignment.

- Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration
- Familiarity to CMR compliance standards and reporting tools.
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
