- ESI & AI Technology Specialist
Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for someone who loves making complicated things simpler. As our ESI & AI Technology Specialist, you will be leading the charge on the technology solutions the firm uses to manage its docket and prosecute its cases through discovery and trial. You will be the connector between attorneys, paralegals, in-house IT, and our external technology partners—helping the firm work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
This is not a role where you inherit a polished playbook. It is a role for someone who enjoys building the playbook. From designing AI workflows and optimizing document management to consulting on e-discovery strategy and finding better ways to get work done, you will have the freedom to create systems, solve problems, and continuously improve how the firm operates. One day you might be building an AI-powered vault in Harvey; the next you might be negotiating with an e-discovery vendor, training attorneys on new technology, or figuring out a better way to organize millions of documents.
At our 40-attorney boutique, everyone pitches in, ideas move quickly, and the best solution wins—regardless of whose job description it falls under. If you are naturally curious, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and like turning “there has to be a better way” into reality, you will fit right in.
At a high level, the person in this role will: (1) ensure efficient, cost-effective ESI management throughout the litigation lifecycle; and (2) develop guidelines and infrastructure to maximize productive AI utilization.
