About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate is skilled in handling a full range of family law matters—including
divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and
protective orders—and is confident representing clients in court. This position offers
autonomy, a steady caseload, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive firm
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related filings.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Stay current on state and local family law regulations and case law.
Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case
management.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records.
Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law.
Confident in courtroom advocacy and client representation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $80,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
