Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated internal medicine or family medicine physicians with hospitalist background or interest to join our growing team. This position is aimed at providing high-quality medical care in the skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living (AL) communities in one of the following locations --
- Bryan-College Station, Texas.
- Beaumont, Texas.
Our practice has been growing organically in the last two years, and we are proud of our exceptionally low turnover rate. We offer a highly competitive salary. Please note that the listed salary is based on a full-time equivalent for this position.
This role offers flexible work options of between 1 to 4 days a week based on the physician's preference while providing a stable income.
During the day, each facility is supported by a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who rounds regularly, resulting in a minimal number of phone calls or messages to the physician.
There are no overnight call duties.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Conduct timely and thorough admission and follow-up visits.
Occasionally respond to calls, texts, and other requests from the facilities.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
